Noted that CSD volume is increasing for several days now, so fat 1.4+million shares traded, what is the reason??

even TA shows buy signals,after right shares cleared we may can see a good upturn bounce

I don't see why not, they are now a debt free profitable company with a net asset value higher than the share price. They could start declaring a small dividend even like CTLD and OSEA.. and some others I can't think of.

share looks good on technical s for buy,
but the worrying factor is overall market sentiment.

CSD is really attractive. But difficult to predict any thing on bear market conditions

Net Asset value = 47.5

NAV After the right issue (1:1 @11) = 29.2 (47.5+11/2)
CSD is trading approximately 40% of the real value.
