@ 105 MPS = PE stands at 18.5 based on historical earnings, if they have found some sort of Gold it should move up further otherwise I dont see any reason why it should go up. I feel that this is been manipulated, so if you are smart enough (love to get manipulated) you will be able to earn some quick bucks.

This is my personal opinion please obtain professional advice before making your investment decision.

Why do you think COMD deserves PE of 18+?
There business is renting out property to COMB which is at a fixed rent, also even if they revalue their property its not going to change fundermental value of the investment, it will be mere of reflection in books. If the business doesn't have real value creation to support share price, share will come down after it looses its steam. So when investors chase such shares there is a short term potential to earn but exit after you make money, don't keep for too long or exposure high.

If you interested in this counter check out some of the other similar counters in the same sector, probably that may be also interest you.

I had COMD in my PF and has already exit @ 135/- and didn't enter again.

Well, i did not know about the company until some time back where there seemed to be a game going on. SO with my little portion which I kep aside for those high risk trades i entered in small amount a while back and have been monitoring the trades for some days.
I think it is the 2nd largest S/G (cos the sell order initially was for more than 47,000 shares) was desperately trying to sell his shares.
When price moved up, he moved the asked up and vice versa. He could have sold at 145+ hjad he wanted to instead hi order came even to 120s.
Unless the few buy orders we saw of 5k, 2k, 3k below the ask price were fake, he was trying to do something fishy

Even though he is 2nd, he only held 0.44% and is not large in the overall context. Still the share is illiquid and is showing signs to break three. (Once it almost did)
So, i am purely taking the risk and bought some and did not look at the fundamentals.

Yes npp. Here in CSE we should take some risks.the truth oof the matter fact is that these days CSE is not moving on fundamentals and most of the shares run on manipulation.worth to take a risk
