CLPL W0012 warrants will be converted in to ordinary shares.Last trading day is August 4.Additional amount of money u must paid for convertion of 1 share is Rs102/= which means if u buy one warrent for Rs2.50/= u have to pay Rs102/= on or before 25th of August and u will have one share at price of Rs104.50/=

Please note that CLPL.N0000 is now around Rs93/=

There was an anouncement at cse.lk

even some one have the warren share can can reject payment. obviously it above the current market price. cos he can easily buy at lower level from the market.

As per the March 31st GREG holding CLPL warrant 2012 - 9,205,851

@ 102/- GREG have to pay 939 million to convert in to normal shares. whether GREG have enough cash in their Cash flow to subscribe this. or will they dispose warrant before due or have to take more borrowing.

Give some your value ideas ..

Now this warrent is on price band. So it will move only 10% of its price(up or down but my guess is down) for a day.

I don't think it will go up again.So u better sell it and earn smthin.it's better than nothin. But there are unusual behaviours they show.though i don't know the reason HNB.R had somthin like that...just do some homework before u do anythin..

I dont think any one have interest to buy CLPL 12 at this price. GREG alreasy collect CLPL.N 101,600 share @ price range 93.4 - 97

It is a company not a retail invester.There are thousands of ways that a company can get money.So do not think that they will do something on behalf of retailors.

If they take from borrowing it will impact to their financial report. which way they select subscribe warrant in to normal shares.
