Hi guys if you know about this please help...
Nations Lanka Finance website says its subsidiaries are

Ceylinco Stock Brokers (Pvt) Limited (CSB)
Ceylinco Developers Limited (CDL)
Ceylinco Bio Tech Limited (CBTL)
Ceylinco Investment Corporation Limited (CICL)

Ceylinco Treasuries Limited (CTL)

I want to know whether these subsidiaries are fully owned by nations lanka finance or what percentage they own? To be name as a subsidiary what are the requirements to fullfill? Say Nations Lanka finance has only 10% stake in Ceylinco stock brokers ltd can they list it as one of their subsidiary?

Ceylinco Stock Brokers (Pvt) Limited (CSB) - Nation Lanka has 75% and Navara Capital 25%

Ceylinco Developers Limited (CDL) - Nationa Lanka has 100%

Ceylinco Bio Tech Limited (CBTL) - Nation Lanka sold this entity some time back

Ceylinco Investment Corporation Limited (CICL) - 000% owned by Nation Lanka & 1000% Loss maker LOL

Ceylinco Treasuries Limited (CTL) - [b]Nation Lanka holds 100% & Just only for name sake no Operations as I know

Above info are as per my knowledge ane could be little different from actuall facts as I do not have the most latest...! anyway there are a lot of things @ CSF...will reveal later at correct time...!
