it seems we ran so fast exceeding our capacity to sustain,so things will act accordingly
to options,
1.prices should come down
OR
2. earnings and developments should be up accordingly.

our market is an emerging market,so giving a higher PE is ok,but it will be a disaster if credit growing in mkt,

ex-Bangladesh crash

First time today I got to know that the total credit has been only 8bn and now it has comedown to 2bn.
When compared to total market cap 2400bn, this 8bn is very small and should not have result with a huge impact like the recent downfall.
For this year foreigners have taken out more than 17bn. So, that should have been the biggest problem than the credit bubble.

My conclusion is that there was never a credit bubble in the CSE.

what you guys thinking

a) Most of the share prices are very high (lack support of fundamentals).

b) People who are involved in the market has egger to make quick profit by short trading only. Most of them do not want to hold shares for little long.

c)Manipulators are active/(only speculation)

so indexes will come down eventually loosing your hard earned money, but only players will win who knows to deal with any kind of situation.

Found some data on emerging markets,
Seems like we are in a good position.
Our GDP is much higher than any of these countries and got a PE of 21.

CSE’s PER hits 21 Captur11

There is no point in comparing with developed countries. Those are totally different from our economies.
Developed countries got a GDP growth of 0.2 to 2.0% and Interest rate may be around 2.x% or less.

CSE need to promote growth on these lines, not on more broker firm inflated credit bubbles. .... Then CSE can perform better than Hong Kong and Brazil.
