Do not forget, BRWN had significant capital gains by disposing shares last year. Best to look at this quarter to see further direction. Overall BRWN is a decent company through.

Ya. That is decent company but seems huge profit from plantation and recent up (Rs-400) because of Rishan(PC house). But he recently got exit. I feel that is da only reason for this much drop. I also recently bought small qty without analyzing its financial statement properly. any other views?

Yes they had sum of 1,225,512,000/- capital gain. Lets do some rough calculation,

profit after tax - 2,188,219/- (Equity holders)
(-) Capital gain - 1,225,512/-
Profit with out CG - 962,707/-
No of Shares - 70,875

EPS - 13.58/-
SECTOR PER - 24@13.58 - 325/-

what do you think.
they are having favourable cash balance also.

Brown is of course a good one. Yet the price is not affordable to most of the retailers in the mkt. I think getting the advantage of force selling, "Lokko" in the ground collecting as they like,,,,,

So, For us it not possible to play with them since the Price...

I hd my eye on this share and bought a bit high last quarter before the results came! Regretted buying it then and was waiting to buy some after another down quarterly reports (was thinking downward market also might have dropped their share profits).
I hope I can still buy around these levels or lower as this is a decent medium term counter!

Few good points I observed in past,

The results leaking is less.
There is a nice long consolidation period usually, before a major rally.
