BFL - Last quarter EPS is Rs. 10.24, Annualised EPS 10.24*4 = Rs. 41/=
Valuation considering PE of 15 = Rs. 41 * 15 = Rs. 615/=

It should be trading at least around Rs. 600/=. BFL further expanding by developing a 48 acres farm. (Currently trading at Rs. 413/=). Extremely unndervalued.

LFIN - Earnings for the 3 months ended 30/09/2010 - Rs. 6.36
Annualised - 6.36 * 4 = Rs. 26/=
Assume PE of 18 = 26 * 18 = Rs. 468/= (Banking and finance sector PE is over 20) (current price is Rs. 293/=) Extremely undervalued.

DOCK - has won many new contracts for ship building and they are fully booked for 2011 and 2012. They will report massive earnings in the coming quarters.

From above list I am holding LFIN and DOCK in my porfolio. BFL also looks very attractive at current price. But it may come down further and will take another run.

LFIN is an undervalued stock in the sector and possibility to break 400/- once they announce date for the bonus.

since the sector PE of DOCK is 9+, i don't think its highly undervalued. Though there earnings are good, the sector trade with low PE multiples. I dont know why.
Even with EPS of 30, DOCK doesn't worth more than 300 based on sector PER.

If anyone having different ideas on DOCK, pls share..

Capitalization of reserves announcement made on 11 January 2011. They may announce the XC date just after the interim report. We can expect the interim report on friday or early next week.

As far as future earnings are concerned DOCK has a special place.

I think Banking and Finance sector will start steady sustainable growth from now onwards. One by one financials results come out good, EPS values are remarkable. Entire banking and finance sector is doing well and future growth potential is some which can be relied upon. Real growth could only be observed when the market correctly reflects corporate earnings. When the market grows on fundamentals there is little room for major fluctuations.
