yes, we need to rebuild the CSE. it seems all the western countries is started to crack. for us the safe place is our nation. war is ended. peacefull environmental. so that we need to concentrate on our economy very well, because of the western problems, we can actract the foreign invertors at this point. we should take this advantage.come on sec release some rules with high monitoring approch.
