FY12E EPS Rs. 283.90

PER(x) @ Rs.1402.20 =4.9times

Given the above, we expect DIMO to post Rs.2.5bn in earnings for FY12, which
translates to an EPS of Rs.283.90. The counter is currently trading at a PER of 4.9x on
FY12E earnings at a market price of 1,402.20 per share.

cheers

Yes DIMO is a undervalued high end share. Compared to crap that is trading over RS 1000, this is a bargain right now. At some point I hope market will recognize and give its due respect. Right now there are some big sellers. So a run is curtailed. With a proper run and with a PE of 8 this share is worth atleast Rs 2000 to me.

I have been holding from from last august ( 1 year) and also bought this year. Let hope for the best. At some point this share also needs a split to make is reachable to many.

Player,

I don;t know know their profit margin on Nano, but even if it is 10% , to get big profit from Nano they will have to do large Volume of sales.

Ex : If they sell 1000 cars per quarter ( would not be too easy to maintain high number always) . With Rs 100000 profit per car ( for argument sake) that is only Rs 100 Million. But certainly Nano is now extra income for DIMO.

In the Motor sector, due to their diversification of vehicles combined with ventures into other areas/segments DIMO is outstanding to me right now.
