If SEC allow brokers to provide credit for retail investors, we can expect the markets to bounce immediately by couple of % points as we have already seen many times before.
Many investors will lap into many counters immediately and many will make quick bucks, also many will get trapped even higher, some will make exit from their existing PF when the market bounce back, manipulators will go on hunting for new prediters. What is your strategy?
My strategy would be to exit from some of my counters if it reaches short term highs.
