VFIN has done good it seems, but share price seems a bit normal if we go wit EPS base assumptions..

Nine months EPS - 3.43
Qtr Ended 31Dec - 1.33
So AVG 6 months EPS = 2.1 *2* 21 (sector PE) = 63
Or if we multiply last qtr EPS 1.33 * 4, then value comes to around 79.8..
NAV is 22.77 and share is at 62 now which is abt 2.6 times over the NAV..

If my analysis is correct with EPS & NAV based VFIN seems to me fair valued at market..

I may be write or wrong, Pls analyse further and present ur views..

EPS 2.1*2*21=88.2 NOT 63
