Is NAVP of CSD (29) based on amount of shares prior to right issue? If it is so what is the real valve? Pls comment. Thanks in advanced.

In terms of NAV , Rs 29.65 is after the right issue. NAV of the company at the end of last year was 47 + and the figure has been adjusted after the Rights issue.

Bu no means the share is Over valued, Compared to the Sector ....CSD is very much undervalued.

thanks for details. Then why people follow manipulative shares like EAST & CLND etc.., are those shares have huge growth potential in future? Even manipulators must exit after getting reasonable profit,but these are continuously rising, and there should be some mechanism to stopped this at some point by authorities. Other wise this may be collapsed like a pyramidal system.
