1) Go Cse.lk
2) Equity Market ( at the top)
3) Sector Wise Market Summary
When I fisrt started I had the same question . Somebody told me to check broker reports at investnow. But my broker did not send reports with sector PE.
Then I found this to be the easiest from the horses mouth.
So hope it helps you.

Just look at the PER, which is as of 15 Feb 2011. Is it updated one? For example, if we look at the motor sector, it has performed extra ordinary in the recent past. But motor sector PER displays 75. As my undestanding only COLO is over 20 PER. Hence motor sector PER should be below 15. This may applicable to other sectors too.
Is this latest? Can any one verify please?

Monster,
I too think some of this PERs might be trailing and does not reflect the latest updated earnings. So we should be careful not to take it blindly.
