Recently I have transferred some shares from my old broker to new broker. Now when I check with Direct FN TWS, the average price & cost shown as 0. Because the cost is 0 it shows only the market value & shows as a huge profit. This is very confusing. Although I can change the average price manually, when I close & reopen Direct FN TWS, the average price reset to 0.
Although I can adjust the average price for the session with Direct FN TWS, I can't change it in the web interface.
Is there a way to correct this? At least is there a way to save the average price in Direct FN TWS?
