Dear Friends,
i've been observing this share for some time and now it seems to have a slight pick up in the market after idling in the 3.70 - 3.80 range for some time. what do you guys think about think about this counter. is it worthwhile investing at the current price ?

going up 2day slightly. Upto nw highest is 4.50rs

The issue is that there are large number of FLCH in the market. The run which happened today did take place a week ago (for the 2nd time) and again came down to the same 3.80 - 3.90 levels.

Though most of the people say that this is a good share non of them are holding on with the objective of creating real buying pressure. So the run is not taking place. - so I think you should hold hold on till 3.90 - 4.00 levels to get a gain.

Just an idea - not a buying or selling advice...

its a good buy! , but dont buy it now itself observe and sees the price movements for the next day or two and make your decision.speak to your broker and friends for advice.

Thanks for the info... IPO fund was used to build 2 boutique hotels + 5 mini hydro power plants and the rest to be invested in plantations sector. as you said if the plantation business picks there should be a deffa chance of gaining from this undervalued counter.
note : not a buy recommendation.

Go though the Prospectus and get the information.

FLCH had planned to develop a commercial property complex in Borella with proceeds of the IPO. The complex will comprise 80,000 sq.ft of rentable space.
