CSF Warrant conversion is nearing so the owners are keeping the Price high of the normal share - Like Rishan PCH - CSF will live till the conversion date -

It is too three risky but may be we have a chance with this as the conversation rate is LKR 12 - the share price may go beyond 12 - otherwise they want be able to collect money - But After GREG seen People Know about Warrants ..

But Yet I think CLPL & REEF warrants are much better than these ones ..With Greg also we might get Trading opportunities ..

They should reduce the warrant exercise price below market price, if reduce warrant exercise price major opportunity for buy.

GREG W 3 AND W6 TRADING AT RS 2 AND RS3 RESPECTIVELY. Price for conversion is Rs 36 which has to be exercised in Feb 2014 and 2016 the share is trading at around Rs 18 what could you expect of this warrant in the future

Who owns warrants

Who owns shares

Who wil let their warrants expire

Would it be better to dump the warrants on retailers

I'm waiting for the day Lionhart dumps all those warrants Razz

They will push the price up and slaughter them at the top.

Of course... if GREG.W3 & W6 need to be convert smoothly......

There need to be miracle of change - increase of market price of GREG.N.....
Otherwise...... new actions / policy / compromise ....... are the most possible fair game....
but CANCELING or JUST EXPIRING.... would be the killing option of many retailers......!!!

Investing in CSE has kind of reasonable risk...
Investing in warrant like GREG.W3.... specially in these days...... sucide.... unless some BIG fish change the market within next weeks..... cat

I am also stucked with GREG.W6........ but seems I have some more month of life with this counter.....!
Waiting would be a one option.....!!!
