Yeah.. I have submitted my docs to the new broker. Still havent approved. Soo waiting patiently Smile

. Until then use this one.

I had a power cut short while ago. And my laptop battery is weak. So it went off. Now i cant log in.

I can log in to my sister's Account. But unable to log in to my one.

I am not with SC. But I assume since you were log-in at the time of power failure, your log-in status is still active in the system. So since due to that the system prevents you to log-in again.

send a e-mail to SC or call and tell them your problem.
You may have buy a good battery or a UPs to prevent this happening again due to power failure.

Yes, that may be the case .Same thing happende to me when forget to logoff and then next time it said that you are login in another system.If this is the case call them.They will short out it within 5 minutes
