i wonder if the SEC/CSE probed the conduct of JK in their part of the EXPO private placement at 6/- where as they recommend public to buy at 14/-. So far everyone seems to talk abt whether or not ppl should buy EXPO.

But I think less has been done to get this crooks to books... Krishan Balendra cant DO such a big error in valuing a company at the magnitude of Expo!!! surely there is something spoooky and SEC should start an investigation on this immediately. Its TIME John Keells to be also put in the spot light and see what you find... now who are the market manipulators??

Surely there seems to be a conflict of interest...IMO it would have been better if they refrained from commenting on this IPO.

Can't we inform this to SEC, this is really a conflict of interest, See JKH and this individual got those @ 6 and all of a sudden now worth double @14 ... I think someone should inform SEC because without a complain SEC wont do anything,
