where did you get this details ? How can I find ? can you give some source please ?

I bought today COLO at 106/= . I am sure its worth it, last moment I got this , I can sell more than 130/= . right issue price also 130/= so it is good .

earnings per share at 31.12.2012 were Rs 30 for the 9 months and only 2.57 for the latest quarter

in the past, before the Rights issue, COLO, was flying, and I made a big profit with it those days, now, not sure.

Their 31.03.2012 Annual Report shows a plus of about 1 billion rupees , I don't think it can be much higher nowadays.
Besides, If the company is so much cash rich, why does it pay such a stingy dividend and why did it issue rights to collect the paltry amount of 200 millions ? I smell a rat here scratch

COLO made loss in the last financial year mainly because of Provision for loss on land acquisition other than that minor issue are there but they did a good financial year with increased revenue loss on land acquisition is a not a regular event then we could expect better result in future any one know more information regarding this Provision for loss on land acquisition issue
