According to the market value of its subsidiaries VOne should have a market price as follows.
As @ 2011/07/07 closing price
RCL-158.7
LFIN-181.40
SAMP-242

Then VONE PRICE= RCL*51%+LFIN*51%+ SAMP*15%
=158.7*0.51+181.40*0.51+242*0.15
=209.75 almost 210

I have not considered the investments on Delmege and Orient Garment...Please make me correct if this value is not true.I think this share is having much value than we think(most of them saying 60-65 worth). Is it worth to sell a share having a more worth than we think? Your Valuable comments are expected."

Well in 15 years, if you buy any of the fundamentally sound but way overvalued stocks, at whatever price you buy today, they will appreciate considerably, unless the company goes bust.
But even big companies can go bust too. Borders books went bankrupt recently. I guess it was the second largest bookseller in USA.

I do not think VONE will be traded at issue price.Never.Today VONE price hike was not as expected. That is mainly due to selling pressure of some small share shareholders who bought shares around 52000-100000(I guess)in Dec 2010 at the time of private placement was took place.They are selling their stake to gain a small margin. Under IPO, VONE issued only around 21 mn shares and today 41.8 mn shares were traded.That is much more than the IPO issued quantity.According to my view within few days price would go up.

Wonders.. at CSE. Still ppl comment on prices of stocks...!
Some times such comments based on rational thinking, Strategical calculation.
Sometimes just guessing. But still highly unpredictable the price of a stock.
Even with very good positive sign which is in the records and reports and in official announcement, the price go down even though its theoretical value is already under valued. Already over valued share prices go up..
VONE may give short term gain , that is highly unpredictable.
VONE will give good return in long-term, that is high possibility.
Retailers must learn lessons and should concentrate more on investment than trading.
Anything U guys understood by the prices of LOFC and VONE.
