Looking at the Company announcements to CSC, Asanga has been selling his shares from last year. May be he knew that the group is having serious issues on going concern which the Public did not know. If this is the case, Let's wait and see what action that his Thomian classmate Mr Rajeeva Bandaranayake (now CSC head) will take against Asanga on insider dealing transactions.

Asanga is good by to sell a 51% stake at Rs 1.30

What a change from the IPO price which I think was Rs 12

Anilana IPO was rejected by SEC under Thilak but was approved by Godahewa, enabled this daylight robbery

Yet another evidence of MR legacy

I remember there is someone in this forum who is in love with Mr Godahewa, wonder what he has to say to this

Refer my old posts against Anilana. This is another fraud in MR time. Fake valuations given and created Anilana by asanga senavirathna by using his childrens name first letters . Asangas karma paldemin etha due to absorb retailers money from CSF and Anilana. Don't touch this scrap even 0.10 cents except Asanga exit from Anilana.
Now he is loosing side . He list CSF now ALHP .
His mind knows what he did and how he did.....

Anilana borrowing is nearly 2 billion, loss from operating activities itself

Not sure who this buying party is, never heard
Why would they want to put in 600 million in this, it's not going to make a peach of a difference

I will not be surprised if this is just a gimmick and Asanga just off loaded 5 million shares

Due diligence will say not to buy and our poor retailer will hold another 5 million worthless shares

It appears to be that Asanga had played out the Public funds in style using Anilana and took the Banks also for a good ride. Now the Indian Company which is going to buy the 51% stake of Anilana will not burn only its fingers but the whole ......... Sad

still the Board of Directors of Anilana will not loose including the Multi Millionaire Asanga Seneviratne , only the public who have invested on Anilana their hardly earned money will loose Sad

Its good know how these people including Nalaka Godahewa who went to Ananda College by Bus became multi millionaires in few years. Good for a MBA thesis.
