Yes around 1 CLC : 1.99 LOFC. This will enable them to further again reduce the public float of LOFC which was increased by selling shares and thereafter again releasing shares to make super gains.
The ultimate beneficiary is IN.
Very disappointing performance from both stocks.
Was highly manipulated to stay within the range.

Nope . Loch transfer price Lofc above 30, clc above 70. I don’t see any difference between kings family and lolc group. Dekama minissu andanawa.

This is a number game..

Now, LOLC and large investors like CT will try to increase LOFC price to its highest to maximize wealth.

Good or bad, I predict LOFC will move to its highest price in next 2 months. This can be the way to increase their wealth.

Market bounce back can support for this.

Not always true Dollar earning company giving good return. First you should read the financial statement of those company. There are lot of factor impact my dear friend. Oil price, USD debit, Local/global cooperate taxes and inflation are some of the factors. Some factor may/may not correlate with our current economic crises. If you expecting those are benift , why all those are outperform last three month. I hope no exception for those companies in this crash. Sad , but that is the truth Sad

Signs of LOFC picking up.
Given that from tomorrow onwards, LOFC will be the largest NBFI in Sri Lanka with a multinational presence, these bargain prices will not be there for long.
Margin calls and forced selling were absorbed well and was evident yesterday with an upside whilst the entire market was deep red.
Also given the increasing interest rates the bottom line will be improved significantly.
Holding for longterm.

P/E is not accurate.. company has not considered the dilution due to new shares issued nor the marginal incremental profits from consolidation..

normalized earnings ,if current share count is used for FY 2022 EPS It will be 0.88 reported.. all EPS 3.23 Changes in impairment and fair value gains are significant factors to volatility in profits..
