My approach to stock picking (there are 193 things i check before pick a stock i'l give you some things free)

Below is my honest approach.but i deleted some since i cant give everything for free in open market. i lurnt thease things reading 100s of investor books and expirience.

Analysis need to be done when invest in shares. There are more. these are mandatory to check. Yellow are top important
 
1.Return sufficient (2)
2. Growth revenue and EPS (4)
3.net asset sufficient (3)
4. Technical price chart
5. Dividend sufficient (1)
9. Efficiency/cost Saving by management
10.ASPI level and behavior (bull vs bear mkt) (1)
13. One dominant share holder or few small small (favorability depends)
14. Director remuneration
15. Related party transactions ( ex – whether directors stealing money)
16.New markets
17. market is sinking or growing
18. Market share is big /very favorable market share is growing
19.Auditors opinion
20. Directors telling bla bla to hide there weakness ex unfavorable economy/deflation is bad they have to take responsibility for what they achieved.
21. technical analysis chart should draw a line and see below line becoming up above line share drop (1)
23. Cyclical share or growing share (cyclicals should buy for sell after share become up otherwise they will eat you profit may be
24. EPS accumulated supported the net asset accumulation (honesty of financial statements)
28. liquidity (can sell big quantity’s )easily
29. big tempory problems good to buy /not tempory problems don’t buy
30. election impacted stocks
31. divident dates (after dividend date share may be overvalued by amount of dividend)
32. New CEO came and removing old managers may be good to buy
33. many share splits I think bad
34. story of the company
35. Culture (S removed employees without pay final pmts this is good sign)
36. Company is run for managers for there benifit or investors for there benefit (run by managers for the managers is bad ex – employee share option schemes is very bad)
39. loans (loans are bad)
40. Family owned business generally bad Ex – R holdings stealing investor money may be
41. forign investment reducing or incoming to country
42. GSP+
