I prefer to wait on this 1.80 to pay is bit too heavy..

AP an not sure how the new buyer will get in to in, i feel it will be on this way.

They might buy an agreed % from ACAP at 1.60/= and and ACAP might help the new buyer to get 51% stake through the rights, by gave up its rights, then new buyer might go for the mandatory offer.

Alternatively ACAP might get the full rights and might sell 51% or more to the new buyer, but by looking at the ACAP financial and the news about the Sale of Asia Securities as well, i don't think they will pump this much money.

I feel the transaction will take place at 1.60/- only, even though papers and some websites mentioned around 2/= because of the right issue price.

The good thing about this ownership change is that, because of the right issue the company also will get some free cost capital, so that they can go for good corporate lending at less rates.

There is a NDA going with a foreign company involved. Interesting to note when rights issue dates are? also how the foreign company if they are interested in taking over will buy (before right or after rights). one thing is for sure if they want the right to be subscribed and look attractive they will surely have to push this to beyond Rs.2 . Yes that's what I feel. the price will be pushed beyond Rs. 2 for sure. if not the the rights issue will not look attractive . also it will give the directors a chance to exit some of their holding at a higher price as well. next few days i have a feeling this will be pushed up looking at how counters such as CIFL and SFS etc performed today irrespective of pending rights issue dates .GL

Right issue will be successful, because if ACAP & NDA foreign Company failed to apply for the Rights and if some one applied additional shares, then ACAP will be in trouble, so will wait and see!!!

Hi Top trader,

A associate of mine told me that the deal with Indian company is over Rs.2 or for over Rs. 1 billion. But not sure if the deal is before or after rights. I feel this rate is good to enter especially if selling price is over Rs.2. we need to keep in mind AAF PE is around 11 and NAPS 1.35 if you look at deals that have taken place so far at 2 x naps this should be sold at approx Rs.2.70. GL

Also note that SFS pe around 7 but NAPS is 0.9 trading currently at 2.80 :0 and CIFL no financials , virtually a dud company trading at 2.60. Based on these AAF seems way far the better option . GL

I have over 1 million average 1.84 . I will subscribe for rights as well. and sell over 2. some say deal at 2.70 ..some are saying 2.30. GL. Unclear if rights will be after or before sell out. either way I'm very bullish on this counter.
