Be patient and wait for the next high probability opportunity. Don't rush back in.
As soon as one has a losing trade, you want to quickly make back the lost money. You think about the other things you could have done with the money, regret taking the trade and want to recover as quickly as possible. This in turn leads to further mistakes.
Think positively, expect only favorable results and situations, and circumstances will change accordingly. It may take some time for the changes to take place, but eventually they do.
Be patient with your plan and think of it as a long-term voyage to a specific destination --- change direction infrequently and gradually. With a determination to learn and an eagerness to continue to learn your trade, what's stopping you from joining the best?
