So we should not advise and effect other forum peoples to collect more this share despite lot of under value share having in market as of now.

In my view BIL carries the same risk as any other stock in the market currently. If the market comes down to a severe reason all stocks may adjust prices ! If you have analyzed the price changes it is much more clear.

Hi Captain, your observation is one way of thinking which is also correct. Always applaud your contributions to the forum which I admire 

However, there is another way one can think which is expectations based. For example, certain assets in the world such as gold, cryptos, etc values are determined based on expectations. 

Also, some STOCK which are connected to HISTORICAL HIGH GROWTH PROJECTS in the world or country may have a correlation to the share price. For example, TESLA price is not 100% supported based on fundamentals but people perceive it as a future stock by assessing the change in car market dynamics to electronic. 


Similarly, PORT CITY is the GAME CHANGING ECONOMIC GROWTH PROJECT of SL which is planned to add 15% to the GDP. 

BIL has STRATEGICALLY PARTNERED with CHEC and they were AWARDED USD 1.0 BILLION worth of construction projects by now. Furthermore, MARINA SQUARE development is also to be AWARDED as per confidential sources. There are many more growth driven informal information flowing related to BIL which is of course will be available in the market once those happen un the market.

Fundamentally, BIL have an ASSET VALUE Rs 4.72 per share. However, BIL is current earnings is not reflected any of the above yet as per my understanding. Hence, I see much more depth in BIL share value on a going concern basis by considering above facts.
