When a company EPS is around LKR 0.48 and it's paying LKR 0.30 as dividend, (62% payout), investor should be little conservative. It should be an indication that management have no options to re-invest company earning productively to add future value to the company. When I think about Dividend ration with underlying business of the company, I'm not comfirtable with this counter for long term. Experts can you please provide your view?

I am think to get short term gain. I thin it will move Monday bcz of dividend. my target price is 4.0 with dividend

teller 4 rupee deal sometimes reach this share to 4 or stagnant in same price...see SAMP crossing previous trading on floor @ 285...but on this day samp price not appreciation...i think same scenario can be happen if your news true.

that mean main share holder sold some stock in the market maybe Margin account problem.

I think Tellers "news" will happen they need to sale some stocks to reduce there credits limit.

Why After Dividend Deal happen
with this dividend they can collect over 50 Millions using that money they can reduce credit Risk.

so then they no need to sale much

Directors are continuously selling big amounts...I was looking this share for months but this behaviour of directors made the share stagnate and restrict moving forward. RS. 4. is bit controversial with current situation.

NEW VITHANAKANDE TEA FACTORY EQUALS OP1 RECORD RAVI LADDUWAHETTY

At the Colombo Tea Auction held on Tuesday and yesterday, (11th / 12th December 2018) an Invoice of New Vithanakande Tea Factory, Delwala equaled the All- Time record price for Low Grown OP1 grade by achieving Rs. 1,500/- per Kilo.
This tea was purchased by Unilever Lipton Ceylon Ltd.
New Vithanakande Tea Factory, which is well known for its excellent teas regularly top the market for many grades sold at the public auction in Colombo. New Vithanakande Tea Factory is owned by N.B.H Pilapitiya. This tea was successfully marketed by Asia Siyaka Commodities PLC.
New Vithanakande Tea Factory Proprietor is N.B.H. Pilapitiya.

At the auction held on 29-30 April Finlays Tea Estates PLC'sOodoowerre Estate, Demodara improved its own record for Uva High Grown OP1 grade by achieving Rs. 1,000 per kg. This tea was purchased by The Tea and Herb Co. Ltd.

Similarly, from the Low Grown category a line of New Vithanakande Estate BOP1 sold at an all-time record price of Rs. 2,600 per kg, breaking its own record for this grade. This tea was bought by Vintage Teas Ceylon Ltd.New Vithanakande Estate is owned by family members of late N.B.H. Pilapitiya.

All these teas were successfully marketed by Asia Siyaka Commodities PL

it ll touching Rs 3.3 very soon....
