SIRA has starts a new journey towards 5.80, please see bellow figures and decide,

these figures are based on annual reports from 2005/6 to 2014/15

share price increase = avg. 9% yoy growth

current ROE = above 20%

EPS = .55

EPS growth = 12.5% yoy

Avg dividend payout = 92%

dividend yield = 4.2%

NAV = 2.8

base on above it has a fair value of Rs. 5.80 and can grow even further due to following reasons;

construction boom; increase in construction of hotels, housing, apartments, high rise buildings - high demand for cables
mega infrastructure projects - demand for cables/pipes
falling copper prices
stable exchange rate
strong earning from subsidiaries - sierra industries (PVC pipes), sierra power (mini hydro),

based on above i will not hesitate to invest in this company.

If TAP is trading Rs5.10 levels with millions of lossess how come SIRA is still @Rs4.70 levels.

This should trade above Rs6.0 levels by now.

SIRA gives the highest dividend yield and highest ROE among the cable manufacturing companies. Hence achiving Rs5.80 - Rs6.0 in short run is not a difficult task.

SIRA has become the largest foreign purchase counter for the last week.
