Luckily I bought at 24 recently. Today it traded 26 also and closed just below that.
My broker also recommending this share for long time.

Can we expect a good quarter report from SFIN?

If SFIN hits 15.50, so many finance companies share prices to be adjusted. This has a 50:50 chance to go high. Business is doing well and so many branches took out from singer outlets. So most of the branxhes are in rent of course Admin related expenses will be high. This can be a hit for them . The next thing is the cash flow, its look they are struggling to budget that. For me this should stay below 13/-.

Sanju is correct . There is not much difference sri lankan voters and investors. Most of the companies have a monopoly with largest 20 share holders. Thats why CSE /SEC wants to pressure for a minimum public float. Other wise CSE will be dull and very soon die.
