This LSL MD ,is now hiding somewhere ...and trying to cheat court also by his crooked activities.
(not going to work) .
Everyday Police come to this office now,
Is there any BOC Manager or Director what do u think about this...

He has problems with his wife also, today Mountlavinia magistrate granted an open warrant for This MD of LSL.

under 874/M/15 case .Also overseas travelling is banned now.

They think others are babies.

This group bring their (or their bosses') private conflicts to this forum .

These fools totally failed in their attempt to make harm to their rival in another broker firm.

We do not care about the conduct of any individual in any firm. If he good or bad or ill treat you when you reject his sex drive , that's not our problem. The Directors job is to manage the firm. If someone do sex to somebody then they have to settle it taking necessary actions.
People come here to discuss shares.

These crooks tried to link the said incidence in a broker firm with shares and money invested by the readers in Stock Exchange.
Timely action taken by people like Vic19, Yahapalana , CSE VIJAY , samaritan, hawklk etc. destroyed their attempt entirely.

You cannot loos your investment or your shares just because of an MD's act or closure of a broker firm.

You investment and shares are deposited in CDS not with a broker.

BUT, if credit is given then the broker as the right to sell and get the money back. On the other hand if you have excess money, then the broker will have to transfer that money or the broker cannot buy shares without your consent or sell without your consent unless credit is granted.

These are clear cut instructions given in your CDS account statement. GOD sake read them.

So stop behaving like small children.

Dear Charith_man, I don't know about sexual harassments but i know they have lot of problems inside. They are popular for manipulations. It is better if there is a FCID inquiry against them. Because I know many people who have invested under one broker at them and lost millions. All those accounts handled by this broker himself. But those accounts are not discretionary.

As the topic on this forum now a days I think / wonder whether this forum is now infected with competing comments from all broker firms to tarnish each our.

But this will back fire on all of them if the confident a on stock broker firms are tarnished then people will be put off .

If some thing wrong let the police handle it if there is a complain lodged. Even that will not affect us as all our shares are safely deposited at the CDS. And even any thing happens then the SEC is responsible for our money as they our custodians.
