Why is lioc not moving at all for a long time any thoughts as to why there is so much selling pressure?

Even though LIOC prices are very unpredictable at this time many things are favorable for rapid price increase. Hope Monday onward....This government will introduce pricing formula once crude oil prices in up trend. Good investment...
