Very less appreciations in market price, But Many favorables for Hayleys !!

Observing, HAYL is following EXPO type aggressive business model.. 
My EPS target for HAYL GROUP is Rs.18 for 2021/22 with acquisitions / expansions.


Hope achievement of Rs.202 - Rs.210 range with current business and market trends

2021 EPS will be at least 14. With trailing PE of 10, Share should trade atleast 140 above

Given that the RSI is over 80 and the share is trading at very high prices new entrants should be very cautious when buying HAYL at current prices. 
Around 100 would be the ideal buying price.
Once the traders start booking profits there won’t be buyers and price may crash back to 100 levels. 
Crossings are mostly done by long term holders. 
If you do not wish to hold HAYL for the long term the current price is too high.

In very Short term,

HAYL / WATA / SCAP are good. 

HNWI are loading their portfolios specially HAYL on pending Macro adjustments. HAYL can show a run like  NAMU / EXPO after few days.. My target price for Short term is Rs.210 - Rs.225. HAYL is investing more money in Local & foreign expansions and entrance for new businesses at final stages. 
Advantis records a wonderful return in Q3. They had expanded their coverage and enjoy a massive profit margins. Profitability of clients has gone up significantly with price increases of their services. Noted >50% price increase most of times and HAYLEYS achieves real gain like gain grabbed by EXPO on logistic business in Q3. Personally believe it should be >= Rs.9Bn profit only from ADVANTIS. All other subsidiary groups are performing well. DIPD came back in picture with new operations and favourable price adjustments on Omicron variant. Again DIPD is returning EUROPEAN REGION BENEFITS which achieved less in Q1 & Q2. HAYC is managing Raw material Prices and it can record an increase of profit in Q4 compare to QOQ. MGT & ALUM contribute over 200% this time to HAYL profit when see past results. Plantations record their best results specially KVAL in past 5 years. Singer share price increase gave their business progress. This time SINGER records highest profit per quarter under Hayleys. Consumer & retail products give more fuel with higher profit margins. 

WATA will reach Rs.250 easily with higher prices and they will declare another good dividend. Keep secure real investment for 3 months. 4 for 1 WATA share can be splitted around Rs.300 Level in mid of Feb 21. Price after the split should be around Rs.90.

SCAP will give a decent return in very short term. I forecasted it can give 100% return minimum.

We should keep attention with HAYLEYS, because this is one of the strongest counter in CSE and currently looks performing really well with their diversify portfolio in many sectors. 

Specially their Logistic/Shipping/Transportation/Freight/Air Lines sector having larger market share within Sri Lanka and it can generate additional Earnings like EXPO. 

Also with the picking of tourism/hotel industry, they will have further benefited from its Hotel sector.

Currently, Tea and Rubber prices are in peak and Plantation sector also can improve heavily.

Looks Price is undervalued, because trading lower the 10 PE with TTM EPS.
Current Market PE is 14+ and considering its many strong sectors, real faire value will be 200 +.
