Dear friends,

With the new yahapalana government tess will be the next winning stock.

Now the Tess has bexome to the breakeven level from utter loss level.so now the company has come to the breakeven level and next level will be profit level.

With unp gocernment ,FISH BAN will be lifted by europe union definatly.
Dr.harsha also confirmed it.
Irs bigbig favourable news to tess.
So tess from 1.90
And tess.x from1.60 levels very good picks

They are into canned fish market also.so reducing of import tax of canned fish has raised many concern over this stock.

Touch with tess also.tess will go up because,

1.fish ban will be removed by europe union soon and fisheries minister alao confirmed it.

2.now came to break even level from loss level see the latest quaterly report.

3.higher doller rate will be benifited to the company.

So tess can be easily move up.
Now good levels to buy.
Highest reurn in % wise..

TESS also a export oriented company and doller appriciation will possitively affect to this company.

EU fish ban also to be removed soon.

EU delegation supposed to start their fact finding mission on Oct 5th according to previous announcements.

But no EU team arrived in the country so far.

Seem to be like government has sought more time to be compliant with the EU guide lines. ie: Fixing of GPS equipment in multi-day vessels not completed yet.

Slowly collect 1.50/1.60 levels or even below with 3-6 month plan.

Once tess fly no one can catch it.

TESS times start now. TESS.N will pass 2.20 very soon . then TESS .X also good . but TESS.N still under 52 Week high which is 2/=

TESS will give good return because small cost stock.. Don't chase it .. try to buy in low then easy to exit any price level

Whilst we see a downward trend in the ASPI with major stocks falling, November should be the month for penny stocks to rally.
It will be useful to do your analysis on whether it would be food mftg or banks as Tess, Agst and SMB are rearing to move and will move

Sathosa to buy local canned fish

Sathosa will once more begin buying locally manufactured canned fish.
Sri Lanka Canners Association President Shiran Fernando told Ceylon FT that a million locally manufactured canned fish from three suppliers including...... from his company would be bought this way.
This was as a consequence of a meeting Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake and Trade and Commerce Minister Rishad Bathiudeen had with local canned fish manufacturers in Colombo last week.
The purchase price by Sathosa has been fixed at Rs 140 a tin of canned fish.
The net weight has been fixed at 425 grams and drained weight,280 grams, per tin of canned fish, for both imported and local supplies.

Yes they have managed to break even during this tough time as well. Europe is their main export market.

Once the Ban is lifted and with a higher USD TESS will do well.
