Now the Company is in trouble as Right Issue will not be fully subscribed . Share is coming down in a rapid phase. Wonder whether the price will come down below the Right Issue price . Poor small buyers who got into AMF rally now in trouble as Brokers insist to sell at a loss.

AMF is a good time to enter back. Buy of you can hold. The reason for the downtrend is pubic holders dump the rights conversions. Bug it's unlikely the major shareholders dump their shares at a bargain price.
expecting to collect these levels. It will move again 250+ when public selling pressure is over.
ps:
I advised this share to buy when it was moving around 200-300, and exit the share long ago when I was sharply raised to 600's from 300 levels.

It's ok to book profits if you are on credit. But my advice is that with this sub division, a trading value of a share definitely will come close to 300 (before after split - before splitting 300, after split 25+ ). AMF can move further up ...

Seems like some party collecting all the additional rights and who bought the rights at 143/=

AMF should start its rally very soon because of Subdivision also..

We don't want to chase after 300/= 400/= level

still, we can enter with this under 220/= level ..220/- is the average price after rights ( who bought for the trading price when they announce rights )

so 200/= still undervalue

Don't expect over day miracles. Anyway, AMF is a good share at current levels. This may even trade higher than 35 levels after the split. Every share has a day of it. Just be patient. Cool

Of the 1.5m public float, 1.1 million have been traded in the last 5 days of which 780,000 shares have traded above 200 testifying a massive accumuluation.

The company fundamentally is a strong one is expected to benefit from the upcoming interest rate increments. A dividend is also on the cards given the last dividend of Rs 12.50 was paid for FY17.

This is a snapshot of the companies financial performance in the past 5 years.
