Attention of the retail investors are likely to be focused on illiquid stocks with low public float due to sharp price increase of similar stock NIFL during last few days.
CSE has failed to take any action against NIFL which is currently trading at a price close LKR 500 which is almost 50 time more than its book value and placing NIFL among the top 10 highest capitalised companies in Sri Lanka with over 100bn market cap.
Latest Financial statements of NIFL reported a book value of less than 3bn and EPS of less than LKR 1.
