LCB Finance looks to rapid transformation via IPO - LCB Finance to expand its branch network after successful IPO

*LCBF’s initial focus has been on uplifting the livelihoods of entrepreneurs and small businesses in the Southern Province given its inception from Galle. Nevertheless, LCBF has drawn up strategic plans and has already expanded into other provinces and aims to establish an island wide network of 38 branches to accept a broader mandate of supporting the Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector of Sri Lanka.
*It should be noted that LCBF currently has eight branches and is expected to launch four more branches within the current year. All branches are strategically located away from larger NBFI players focusing on the target customer segments of the company.

LCB Finance (LCBF) used to be entirely focused on Southern Province. (mainly Galle)

After the IPO , they have rapidly expanding their branch network island wide.

LCB Finance was awarded “Fastest Growing Non-Banking Financial Firm in Sri Lanka 2021″ at the Global Economics Awards 2021 in the UK.

IPO at Rs 4.00 , BV of Rs 3.57 & Currently trading at Rs 2.30 , which is a huge bargain.

( Vehicle imports could be the major reason for the renewed interest )

Fundamentals looks good & they are on a growing journey , opened their 19 branch in Gampaha(The main reason the bottom line is not that impressive could be forcing on the growth than profitability at the moment)
