SCAP Overheated.

Unethical HNWIs who pump and dump has bought significant amount last week averaging around 14-16 levels and today’s pump was to attract more retailers to dump tomorrow after morning pump.

Massive Dump Planned Tomorrow after morning pump.

Best to buy below 15 levels if possible.

Not more that 17.

Retailers be cautious.
Medium term above 20+ possible

Retailers should not be panic. they need be patient. Scap will report EPS of Rs. 4 for a year in future with growth of AAIC and CRL. CRL will also report EPS of Rs.1 per quarter with growth of loan and Advance portfolio from next quarter. it is quite sure. Sri Lanka will struggle only Six months.

Keep an eye on SCAP because it is warming up in a very healthy manner. From Monday onwards we will be able to see a steady growth until SCAP touches the 15-16 range. After that, it'll start running even faster until it touches the 27-30 range. These are my thoughts about this counter and definitely not a buy/sell recommendation. At the moment SCAP is 12 and I believe this is the best time to collect SCAP. Anywhere between 12-16 is good for collection.

I heard that AAIC is heading towards a profitable quarter and this will be beneficial for both AAIC & SCAP in a positive manner. AAIC and SCAP haven't started a steady run yet, but pretty sure that they both will start running in no time. SCAP has the potential to reach 17.50 - 20.00 levels and AAIC can reach 150 - 200 levels by mid-November 2022. At the same time, I heard some exciting news (unconfirmed) about the Softlogic group and that is regarding a major acquisition, plus business expansion (abroad). I will be collecting SCAP around 6.30 - 7.00 levels and will definitely hold on to them until mid-November. That's the plan Smile

Trade Safely and Wisely!

Not a Buy/Sell recommendation.

Total Number of Trades executed on 15/08/2022 = 2173
Number of Trades Traded @ 8.90 , 9.00 , 9.10 , 9.20 , & 9.30 = 2010

In other words, 92.5% of Trades were traded @ 8.90 , 9.00 , 9.10 , 9.20 , & 9.30
At the same time, 94.7% of Shares (Volume) were traded @ 8.90 , 9.00 , 9.10 , 9.20 , & 9.30

After carefully going through each and every trade, it is evident that HNWIs are showing an interest in SCAP. Yesterday (15/08/2022) They were able to get hold of a majority of shares traded (especially around 9.20 & 9.30).

RSI passed 70.0000 for the first time since 1st of February 2022 (current RSI @ 78.7196) and I am expecting to see that number above 70.0000 for at least until the end of second week of September 2022.

Based on the above facts and most recent developments/events, I firmly believe that SCAP might be able to reach 18.60 - 23.20 levels very soon.
