From experience, we can see most of the time the mandatory offer is not accepted by small shareholders, and acquirers always pay a big premium to acquire the remaining shares from the market.

Ex; GLAS and AGST are now trading at almost 2x than its mandatory offer price.

no bro. i will not sell means , " long term investment". i will keep this another 2 years . it should at least 40+ .

look at their last FS , they have invest on CAPES . they have reorganized.

i will buy more below Rs.20.

this amalgamation, definitely give future return , don't hope price increase now.

as a wise investor, it's better to target always long run, at least 2 years .

there are future good counters for one year period.

1. COCR - few weeks back , when it was RS.26 , i posted a post and increased price to 30 +. still i believe it should be trade above 100 + and it will achieve that target next year.

2. KOTA - this is a good price to enter now , below 8.00 . more than 5 years that produced negative result, but look at last few quarters , it's coming better & better. i hope this will trade next year Rs.20 +.Plantation sector will produce much more.

3. SLT - this price below RS.53 is good price to enter and this will touch RS. 65 +. 10% + gain can be gained within short run and long run much more.

4. AEL. - this price RS. 32 is most likely to enter and get 15% + gain with on short period.

5. COMB - there are much opportunity below RS. 80.00 . since government will have to increase interest rate within another 2 months . it will well above the 10 +. again banking sector will more attractive and all bank shares will move .expect 100+

Safe trade , mkt might further down but don't panic , this time ASI will rock to 14,000 +.

The people who have been put up for sale at current price levels are so stupid! Due to the minimum holding of shares and amalgamation with LB Finance, this can reach up to attractive levels like CLC, SFL.

Don't forget, LB Finance will take immediate actions to amalgamate with this entity according to CBSL's instructions!
