IMO 

CLC:LOFC likely to be
1:3/2.5

also while SFL to CLC prearranged Ratio is
7800:10000 

todays Closing CLC was 48.4, 

where SFL price should be 37.75 (48.4 x 0.78)

Instead SFL N closed at  34.6 which is 3rs discounted 

So as Per CT research given upper range of CLC - 60, 

SFL should be at 46.8 (60 x 0.78)

So given that up side potential for CLC is 11.6 rs (23%) 
                                      and for SFL(n) 12.2 rs (35%)

therefore In fact SFL hasn't ruined the CLC's journey it has actually given more opportunities for the ones who seek !

MFL need some attention than SFL and CLC, because it's going to amalgamate with superb dividend paying company owned by Mr. Dhammika Perera!
