BASL Proposal is load of bull shit!! It does not address critical issue of how to resolve the country's economic crisis. Its political objective is for a regime change! driven by NGO's. This is not what common people need in this hour of crisis. All they need is Gas, Petrol and electricity!!

Bar Association of Sri Lanka should not be a political movement like JVP.

As at now it is necessary to establish an interim govt with a leadership that the international community could trust for the country to receive bi-lateral loans, aid etc to address the shortage of basic necessities and to strengthen the dollar reserves.

Apart from debt default the country has to overcome trust default as well. Hence, the new PM and the cabinet should comprise of highly respected professionals with impeccable integrity and honesty so that the crisis would be overcome sooner than expected.
