PM thanks President Biden for assuring US support to Sri Lanka Untitled-140

US President Joe Biden has announced his support to Sri Lanka, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said.

The US President had made this announcement during a meeting with diplomats held at the White House recently. The Prime Minister said that he is pleased that the US has come forward to assist Sri Lanka at this juncture. The Prime Minister was making a special statement yesterday, thanked the US for coming forward to help Sri Lanka during this crucial time. 
The Prime Minister said that many countries and International organizations are ready to assist Sri Lanka at this crucial juncture.
“The United States, India, Japan, China and international financial agencies have come forward to assist us”, he said
The Premier said that he is planning to begin discussion with the United Kingdom, European Union, Russia and many other countries in the world.
Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said representatives from the Lazard & Clifford Chance selected to guide Sri Lanka on debt restructuring has arrived in the country.

I think the prime minister can understand DIPLOMATIC LANGUAGE MORE THAN ANYONE ELES IN THIS COUNTRY

We have to understand the language of our politicians
