Last quarter RGEM done Rs5.00 per share. So if we calculate forward P/E it's about 1.00 !!! I

RGEM is not an asset base company.  Its main purpose is generating revenue and profits 
Last 3 quarters they have gradually increased the profits. 
I'm sure the EPS will be higher this quarter 
NAV is also increasing from record lows. Since the changes of management their are doing well.

Once this was trading over Rs 150.

Best example is Lankem. They are thriving now. It was a company the made losses for many quarters

Under 600,000 shares in the market & more than 150k shares have been changed hands in last 2, 3 days. 
Next quarter results would be even better.  
They did Rs5 profits in last quarter and that their highest in many years. 
Still PE is way under 2 !

NAV in this type of business (Gems and Jewellery, Automobile and Semi precious stones) usually is half or less than EPS, good businessmen in this industry only need good contacts rather than having toomany assets.

Some miracles happened with some stocks like HUNA and KAZOO sometimes ago but without good financials. 
RGEM has now transformed into a new arena but needs more research into this. This received less attention in the market

Yes slightly. If volumes not increased from Sep. 2023 qtr. to Mar 2023 qtr. how can they increase revenue when there is no big change in exchange rate. Only way is service charge. Do you think that much charge increase?. We dont know that much price hike happened. Should be new business can come. See the market announcements May 2022. The actions taken them.

Don’t talk rubbish if you don’t know the facts
Do you think this company tries to increase the shareholder value?. No
If so why they bought a Motor Car for 18Mn lease when the company’s revenue is less than 18Mn. Did our shareholders ask these questions in the AGM. No our shareholders are worse than street pen-handlers. They go to AGMs to eat Chicken Pie, Butter Cake and the Fish Bun. I saw some were fighting and rushing for these like that they have never eaten these before.
I am working in a Private Lapidary for 14 years now. I know what is happening in these industry companies and what happen to huge margins they earn and where they go off the book records.

Back to RGEM, this company has the potential to make more than 1Bn revenue but I don’t know why we don’t see them in numbers. Our pen-handling share holders should read the Companies Act and learn the RIGHTS of shareholders when a company is not majority held and the actions that they can take to make culprits accountable [Only if there is mismanagement].
