I have noticed OSEA performing extremely well during past years.
They have a consistent growth and paying good dividends
Net Assets value = 43
EPS for share for last year = 4.89
EPS for first quarter of this year = 1.81
share price = 15


With a havlock city project the rental income must be increased lot.

I wonder why this share hasn't gain investor attention. Does any one have any idea ?
