CHOT is attractive because they have covered best locations in Sri lanka with old Thanayam (Rest Houses) and Hotels in Kandy.

Unfortunately their main attraction is also the main hindrance they have to face in management: The scattered locations of their business places.

They continuously report losses while getting good profits from their business. You can see their administration expenses are very high compared to a hotel situated in a one place. Those expenses are erasing the profits they make. It is seems to be very difficult to control these expenses.

Finding best people to manage one big location by paying good salaries is easier and profitable than collecting and maintaining good teams to station in various parts of the country.

If they find a solution to this CHOT will become a very attractive share.

MY MONEY,
we must ask that from Panduka1988. Now 31mn shares have been sold out of 171.8 mn issued shares. May be big one is entering. But we donot know whether this is another CLND or LHCL. We have to be very careful in dealing shares these days.

It was a pretty bargain around 22-23 few weeks ago. If you entered now you are carring a much larger risk.

I sold all my CHOT shares today.

That indicates another manipulation. This is what happened in many counters last few months. Getting ready for something. Better to keep an eye on this share and make use of the oppotunity at earliest.
