During early 2009 CSE has bottomed out with a distorted double bottom pattern.Now there is a simillar formation.We need to keep an eye first on minor resistance line and then on major resistance line.Duration of bottom formation is also some what simillar to last bottom formation.

If you look at last 20 year history, ASI has bottom out after every two years of bearish trend.Hope 2013 will be dark green year. cheers

I am little bit worrying about minor resistance level,may be today with big buying at the end of the day or most probably next week.

The price formation looks for me as a rounding bottom, thats a bullish pattern. The pattern appears after a long bear run.

In a rounding bottom , there need not be a lowest low necessarily, so the LL could have taken place prior to forming of the rounding bottom which we r seeing on ASI.

Thanks. Don't rely totally on statistics. But appreciate your effort. It's quite refreshing when figures reassures you. But take care, look for events that will change market sentiments, investor behaviour,political situation etc.Based on that reposition yourself.
