If Revalue there is huge value will increase, in the financial report Ascot Development value mention only 300 million. Currently estimated to have a value of US Doller 10 million (Rs 1330 million )

1.Ascot Developments (Private) Limited is the company’s real estate and property development arm. Through this subsidiary we completed construction on a state-of-the-art, fully-outfitted commercial building in Colombo 10, with a rentable space of over 70,000 square feet and an automated parking garage with a capacity for 60 vehicles. The development is currently estimated to have a value of US$ 10 million. Currently the space has been leased out to the Ministry of Economic Development of Sri Lanka.

ASCOT some share holders did not know the News and panic, it should go up 100 levels.
ASCOT buyers good time for buy.
The News ASCOT Recently Revalue the property more than 1 billion Rupees increase the value of the property, this is the Capital Gain for Ascot.
some internal information they are planning to sell this property that'swhy Revalue the property.
Anyway the huge value increase good for Ascot.
