What is the reason for AAIC's sudden increase of 40% ??? - There was a crossing also at 121/- for 1.5 Mn shares !

RICH sold its 25% AAIC stake at Rs120 to Softlogic Capital (SCAP) in mandatory offer yesterday, not in the market today

SCAP and SHL held more than 98% of AAIC at end of mandatory offer yesterday - so the jump in the share price is not surprising as there are very few shares in market.

So seller of 1.5 million AAIC today at Rs121 was SHL related parties, but who was the buyer ? Any why was SHL so quick to get rid off some shares at small profit ?

This is the point. When Controlling party value this share at Rs. 120+ and former promoters exit at the same price, it should be viewed as a fair price. If retailers are willing to buy at above 150, on the spot they will sell and make quick buck.

In a few days, we will hear the complete story... in this forum.

I feel the shares transacted through crossing was sold to 3rd party by SHL or related parties? Interesting question is Is SHL or related parties selling AAIC in the trading floor with Huge Profits, because there was a single transaction of 100,000 shares at 174

Or has a bigger fish caught Pathirage ?

Buyers for 500,000 AAIC shares on board at 185, and 100,000 at 186 - and no seller on board.

Looks like someone is pushing hard.

Be very careful if you are joining the game.

1. Rich hasn't told they accepted the mandatory offer for all the 25% block
If I had money I would buy AAIC if RPC accepted the mandatory offer for rest of the shares. 98% is nothing left in the market. No selling pressure. You can easily find lot of money
