Hi guys, Yesterday I post first lesson of technical analysis. Today I would like to show you how trendline is effective in CSE. Most of last bull runs show this indicator before their success. Learn this and practically analyse previous success stories and learn.

In technical analysis traders does not so mind about fundamental valuation of shares. They always thinking about the momentum.

Here I used to explain you recent development of RGEM.N0000. If you had a technical knowledge you it is probably a gem.

Using Rgem for tech analysis is not appropriate. Its a low cap illiquid stock that can be easily manipulated. Stocks don't go up in a v shape unless its heavily manipulated. V shape is the result of one sided trade action. No bids. But manipulator buys at the ask price therefore forming a tick shape . Of course he has accumulated enough quantity to drop at the top when the public gets crazy at the price hikes.

Hmmm. u have a valid point gann... May be EAST, ECL, BLUE like highly liquid stock would've been good too..

Can u do something like how to identify false rallies when trend lines or breakouts occur? Wink

I think Volume is the best thing you should think about. Because if the volume is low trendline breakout is not a strong positive signal to buy.

EAST, ECL, BLUE are all low cap stocks even though liquid.

Thanks.. But if you've noticed it, mostly liquids with low-cap are the manipulator targets..
