This is last quarter which will be good for tourism. Will keep on eye i think most of them are collecting these days. santa

illiquid hotel shares might soar. Staf had a sudden rally last month where it hit 70. Still its attractive. Check the traded volume of staf in the last 5 days.

wondering when these shares going to justify their prices Rolling Eyes

,too much high PE ratios and anticipating huge profits scratch

finally this is CSE ne,
there may be a hotel rally, if so then RENU,PALM,NEH,KHC,TAJ may benefit...but worth share is RENU based on PE..

CHOT, undervalued and has potential to hit earlier highs of 40 and above. Book value around 36, no significant debt and has been profitable if not for the capital expenditure and the closure of most locations with the last year or so for renovations. Also, great opportunity if the Gardiners sell a stake for a premium. Kandy Hotel stake is very attractive as the 2 Kandy Hotels are highly desirable and very illiquid.
