its profit after tax down from 21m to (17)m
other income is too much affected in net profit, its down from 23m to (0.5)m and
financing expenses are almost double for the period

naps 71.50

i can not understand about eps, because net profit is minus (lose) but eps has plus points(if i wrong,pls indicate me what is wrong)

Non Controlling interest amount is negative.
Share holder allocation is marginally positive. So the eps is positive.

Yet another poor set of results from CHMX.

This illiquid share can be quite easily manipulated, but its accounts suggest that CHMX share is not even worth current price of Rs119 based on fundamentals

Cash positive balance sheet, but CHMX has not put its cash to good use after selling its valuable stakes in COML and LHL a few years ago, despite a lot of talk about new ventures.

Accounts also do not add up; first quarter net profit was 1.1 mn rupees, and second quarter profit is given as 2.2 mn rupees, but cumulative first half results stated as a loss of -8.5 mn rupees : which set of figures are we to believe, the quarterly or the cumulative? scratch

I cant understand why people invest in these type of stocks...you know BINN dosn have any business..the hotel was destroyed by Tsunami...dosnt have any business activity...check their financials...no revenue is generated.....but the stock moves..crazy market...!!!!
